Free Trial Terms / 無料体験規約

The free trial includes one 30-second 16:9 video in clean 1080p without a watermark, for private viewing only for 30 days from delivery. Sharing URLs, embedding and MP4 downloads require a paid plan. The trial has no cash value and cannot be transferred. / 無料体験は16:9・透かしなしの1080p・30秒動画1本を納品日から30日間、非公開で視聴できます。共有URL、埋め込み、MP4ダウンロードには有料プランが必要です。換金・譲渡できません。

No card is required for the trial and it never converts to a paid plan automatically. Private trial streaming stops when the 30-day period ends. Paid options require a separate, explicit purchase. / 無料体験にカード登録は不要で、有料プランへ自動移行しません。30日後に無料体験の非公開視聴を停止します。有料プランは別途、明示的な購入が必要です。

A verified email is required. We may also require phone or company verification and assess hashed email, phone, company, network, device and reused-material signals. / メール確認が必要です。電話・会社確認を追加で求め、メール、電話、会社、ネットワーク、端末、素材再利用等のハッシュ化信号を確認する場合があります。

Duplicate, automated, misleading or resold registrations may be denied or suspended. A denial of a free promotional benefit does not remove mandatory legal rights. / 重複、自動化、虚偽、転売目的の登録は拒否・停止できます。無料特典の拒否は法令上の権利を制限しません。

You may choose among the available scenario, design, voice and BGM candidates and make edits offered by the service. / サービスが提示するシナリオ、デザイン、音声、BGM候補から選び、利用可能な編集を行えます。

Videos may be reviewed for safety and quality before delivery. / 納品前に安全・品質確認を行う場合があります。

A Hosted License costs 4,980円（税抜、税込5,478円） per completed video per month. It includes a public sharing URL and embed. The first month is charged at application and renews automatically each month until canceled. / Hosted Licenseは完成動画1本につき月額4,980円（税抜、税込5,478円）で、公開用共有URLと埋め込みを利用できます。申込時に初月分が請求され、解約するまで毎月自動更新されます。

A buyout costs 55,000円（税抜、税込60,500円） per completed video as a one-time payment and provides a downloadable 1080p MP4. Both plans require explicit checkout and credit-card payment through Stripe. You may cancel a Hosted License at any time; no charges accrue after the next renewal date, and there is no prorated refund for the paid period. / 買い取りは完成動画1本につき55,000円（税抜、税込60,500円）の一括払いで、1080p MP4をダウンロードできます。いずれもStripeを通じたクレジットカード払いで、利用者が明示的に決済します。Hosted Licenseはいつでも解約でき、次回更新日以降の請求はなく、支払済み期間の日割り返金はありません。

After payment, returns and cancellations are not ordinarily accepted for digital content. If M&U is responsible for being unable to provide the video, we refund the amount paid. After a refund, that video's sharing URL, embed and MP4 download are disabled. See the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions disclosure for details. / デジタルコンテンツのため、決済後の返品・キャンセルは原則受け付けません。当社の責任で動画を提供できない場合は受領済み金額を返金し、返金後はその動画の共有URL・埋め込み・MP4ダウンロードを停止します。詳細は特定商取引法に基づく表記をご確認ください。
