ANIBIS is provided by 株式会社M&U（日本。お問い合わせはANIBIS内のサポート画面から受け付けます。） It lets business users create, review and manage short videos, and access paid videos according to the selected plan. / ANIBISは、法人・事業者が短尺動画を制作・確認・管理し、選択したプランに応じて有料動画を利用するサービスです。

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the organisation you register. You are responsible for account security and member access. / 18歳以上で、登録組織を代表する権限が必要です。アカウントとメンバー権限の管理は利用者の責任です。

You retain rights in material you upload. You grant M&U and disclosed processors a limited licence to host and process it only to provide, secure and improve the service. / アップロード素材の権利は利用者に残ります。サービス提供・安全確保・改善に必要な範囲で、M&Uと公開済み委託先に処理を許諾します。

You must have all permissions for logos, images, music, voices, personal data and claims. AI output can be inaccurate or similar to other content; review it before publication. / ロゴ、画像、音楽、音声、個人情報、広告表現に必要な権利・許可は利用者が確保してください。AI生成物には誤りや類似があり得るため、公開前に確認してください。

Do not use ANIBIS for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or discriminatory content; impersonation; malware; security bypass; automated abuse; resale of trial access; or content that violates another person's privacy or publicity rights. / 違法、虚偽、権利侵害、差別・嫌がらせ、なりすまし、マルウェア、認証回避、自動不正利用、無料枠の転売、プライバシー・肖像権侵害に利用できません。

We may stop generation, restrict delivery or suspend access when needed for safety, rights protection, fraud prevention or law. / 安全、権利保護、不正防止、法令対応のため、生成停止・納品制限・利用停止を行う場合があります。

For JPY billing, the Hosted License is charged per completed video at JPY 4,980 per month excluding tax (JPY 5,478 including 10% consumption tax). It provides a public sharing URL and embed while the paid subscription is active. The first month is charged when you apply; the same amount is automatically charged on each monthly renewal date. / 円での請求の場合、Hosted Licenseは完成動画1本ごとの月額4,980円（税抜、税込5,478円）です。契約期間中は公開用共有URLと埋め込みを利用できます。申込時に初月分を支払い、以後は毎月の更新日に同額を自動請求します。

For JPY billing, the buyout is a one-time charge per completed video of JPY 55,000 excluding tax (JPY 60,500 including 10% consumption tax) and provides a downloadable 1080p MP4. Both plans are paid by credit card through Stripe. / 買い取りは完成動画1本につき55,000円（税抜、税込60,500円）の一括払いで、1080p MP4をダウンロードできます。いずれもStripeを通じたクレジットカード払いです。

You may cancel a Hosted License at any time. Cancellation prevents charges from the next renewal date onward; access remains available through the paid period. We do not prorate or refund charges for a paid period when you cancel. / Hosted Licenseはいつでも解約できます。解約後、次回更新日以降の請求は発生せず、支払済み期間の終了までは利用できます。解約による支払済み期間の日割り返金はありません。

Because the service provides digital content, a completed payment cannot ordinarily be returned or canceled. If M&U is responsible for being unable to provide the video, we will refund the amount paid for it. When a refund is made, sharing URLs, embeds and MP4 downloads for that video are disabled. Nothing in this clause limits mandatory rights under applicable law. / デジタルコンテンツの性質上、決済完了後の返品・キャンセルは原則受け付けません。当社の責任で動画を提供できない場合は、その動画について受領済みの金額を返金します。返金した場合、その動画の共有URL・埋め込み・MP4ダウンロードを停止します。本項は適用法上の強行的な権利を制限しません。

The price, payment and cancellation details in the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions disclosure apply to your purchase; please review that disclosure before checkout. / 価格、支払い、解約の詳細は特定商取引法に基づく表記をご確認のうえ、決済してください。

The service may change or be interrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. / サービスは変更・中断される場合があります。法令で許される最大範囲で間接損害・特別損害は対象外とし、法令上排除できない責任は排除しません。

Japanese law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. Disputes should first be raised through support. / 日本法を準拠法としますが、居住地の強行的消費者保護を奪いません。紛争時はまずサポート窓口へご連絡ください。
