We process account and company details, verification status, support records, uploaded materials, prompts, generated assets, usage/audit logs, payment identifiers supplied by Stripe, and security signals such as hashed network or device indicators. / 当社は、アカウント・会社情報、確認状態、サポート履歴、素材・指示・生成物、利用・監査ログ、Stripeから受領する決済識別子、ハッシュ化したネットワーク・端末等の不正対策信号を扱います。

We do not store full card numbers. / カード番号全体は当社で保存しません。

We use data to provide the contract, authenticate users, create and deliver videos, process payments, prevent abuse, keep audit records, respond to support, comply with law and improve reliability. Depending on jurisdiction, the bases are contract, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligation. / 契約履行、認証、動画制作・納品、決済、不正防止、監査、サポート、法令対応、信頼性改善に利用します。法的根拠は地域に応じて契約、正当な利益、同意、法的義務です。

Customer content is not used to train a general-purpose model unless we first obtain a separate, explicit permission. / 顧客コンテンツを汎用モデル学習へ使う場合は、事前に別途明示同意を得ます。

We share only what is needed with listed processors for hosting, database, payments, email, monitoring, storage and approved generation providers. We may disclose data for law, security or corporate transactions. / ホスティング、DB、決済、メール、監視、保存、承認済み生成事業者へ必要範囲で共有します。法令、安全確保、事業承継のため開示する場合があります。

Data may be processed outside your country. We use contractual and organisational safeguards appropriate to the destination and service. / データは国外で処理される場合があり、移転先とサービスに応じた契約・組織的保護措置を講じます。

We keep account and transaction records while the account is active and as legally required; security logs are kept only as long as needed; deletion requests are processed after identity, contract, tax, fraud and dispute holds are checked. / アカウント・取引記録は利用中および法令上必要な期間保存し、セキュリティログは必要期間に限定します。削除依頼は本人・契約・税務・不正・紛争上の保留を確認後に処理します。

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, tenant separation, audit logging and incident response. No system is completely secure. / アクセス制御、通信暗号化、会社単位の分離、監査ログ、事故対応を実施しますが、完全な安全を保証するものではありません。
